Looks: (picture preferred) His height is 6"2. He has platinum blonde hair that's spiked, but still hangs over his forehead. The area in his eyes that are supposed to be white, (just before the iris) are black, which makes him look menacing. His eye color is a light lavender. He wears a lavender mask-like device over his mouth. It's a rebreather that converts oxygen into bakta(a healing gas/fluid) which slows down his critical disease to a halt. Whenever he exhales, steam comes out of the openings. It's screwed onto his face at his jaw bone. Underneath his akatsuki cloak, he is usually wearing a white, sleeveless gi with a lavender rope-belt, having been one of orochimaru's previous test subjects. He wears loose, white pants, along with your basic ninja sandals. He discarded his old forehead protector.
Personality: He's an extreme jerk and very cocky. He will tease you to no end. When he gets bored of that, he will try to creep you out. He's extremely sadistic, sarcastic, and cinical. He will toy with anyone he can in any way possible, even opponents. He will pick fights just because he can, which is why him and Hidan fight so much (or did). In a fight, he will fight out of sheer pleasure. If he gets bored, then he injures his opponent to a painful point, then leaves. If he has to kill someone, he will mentally and physically torture them. If he's able to amputate something or take a big enough chunk off, he will be cannibalistic and eat some of it. He considers himself mortal, but not human.

Past: He was born in the village hidden in the shadows. A secret village hidden undrground. Maps with its location are rare. His clan the the Sasaki were at the head of the village and his father, Kessen, was the kage. As a young child, he never got the same attention as his younger brother, Kekeya. He was very friendly, but could never make any friends because of his disease. He was left out and outcasted by all but one girl. Her name was Okuni. She was the only one who was nice to him. They soon developed a relationship. As he got older, he got respect by being the second of the villages 3 strongest shinobi, not counting the kage, his father. His little brother Kekeya was the third. Kekeya began to look up to Karatsu as time went on. When Orochimaru invaded the village (see Kekeya's bio for details), Karatsu had been manipulated to join Orochimaru. He stayed with Orochimaru and became rivals with Kimimaro. For some reason, the Sasaki are immune to Orochimaru's curse mark. They are some of the first recorded that were able to resist it. He aided in Sasuke's capture. He became sick of Sasuke and left to join the akatsuki which Orochimaru wouldn't stop mentioning.
Weapons: A dan tien dao (chinese sword) with a hooked tip.

(ability) The sword uses its weilder's chakra to vacuum as much blood as possible when it makes contact.
Kekkei Genkai: The ability to summon dragons and a dragon guardian who resides within his body. When backed into a corner, the guardian takes over and fights using Karatsu's body. He has unbelievable power. Karatsu ignores and disregaurds his guardian because he doesn't like help, thinking it makes him look weak. This being, he absolutely refuses to let his guardian out. He has an ultimate summoning technique, as well. Kuchiyose-no-jutsu: Mikor Ma Zegaruga. It summons the goddess of all dragons. She is absolutley huge. Gamabunta huge. Her appearance is a humanoid form. Like a large angel statue. She appears to be a statue come to life. Her body is so cold, you will freeze on contact. She can also freeze things at will in large, spiked towers of ice with a hand gesture. Karatsu can only hold her presence for about 15 seconds before she disperses, so it's usually an attack that causes her to charge at her opponent(s). This is incredibly draining, causing great fatigue. Karatsu can only do this 15 times in his life, and has already used it twice. Karatsu's doujutsu is the kyangegan. A visual jutsu that allows him to see things a-frame-a-minute, making it all look like slow motion, giving him time to devise the perfect guard/counter. Having more experience than Kekeya at this, and his recent training, it can be used at a max of 45 seconds per use with a 10 second interval. It can now be used as often as he likes. He also has an experimental version of the kyangegan. It's his original technique. He can transend to the fourth dimension for 45 seconds by putting too much chakra behind his kyangegan. He can only hold it for 45 seconds because no mortal should be in the fourth dimension and there's a magnetic-like force pulling him back into the third. While there, he has a complete over-view of what's happening and cannot be touched. He can take one person and reverse them, making them mirrored. They will see everything like it was in a mirror and if they're not perfectly symmetrical, their features will be mirrored. It's like a genjutsu, but different and permanent. It's only for the utmost emergency and will not use it unless he is in danger because it practically knocks him unconscious upon return. All of this, and one final thing. Every Sasaki can Draconify, and Karatsu's is yet to be revealed...

He created a jutsu that combines the 2 for torturing purposes. Eternal Flood. He slams his hands into the ground and rips apart the earth under his opponent, making a fissure that is very large. When they fall in, he floods the whole thing to the brim, making a large pool. He then seals the top, making it an underground pool, and thrusts it hundreds of feet down. His other favorite jutsu is water shock bomb. He puts more chakra than required into it, making it forceful beyond imagination. Like Kekeya's Dawn, Karatsu's dusk has to be broken to take its form. Otherwise, it looks like an ordinary katana. Every Sasaki has a "Shot" move which varies with the Sasaki's power, so it can't be considered kekkei genkai. Karatsu recently revealed his as the "Soulshot". He takes the life force from his opponents. It drains out their own chakra and energy and uses it against them. He then can fire it out in whatever form he pleases, depending on how much he takes. The chakra can be absorbed in three ways: When Karatsu comes in contact with his opponent, he absorbs their chakra. For this scenario, he can absorb the chakra quickly and in great multitudes. The second way, is from a distance. The farther the opponent, the less he absorbs at a time and at a slower rate, with a maximum distance of 25 meters. Any farther, and he absorbs so little, it hardly makes a difference. The third, is by absorbing a blast of chakra his opponent might send out. There being nothing between him and the chakra, it can be absorbed the quickest this way in greater multitudes. It can be shot back out from 150 meters away and can be altered, depending on what element of chakra he takes, or if it's just pure chakra. There is one drawback: It consumes his chakra to act as a magnet for his opponents'. He has an even more powerful advancement to it. The "Souldestroyer". It takes his own life force and chakra and fires it out with as much intensity as Karatsu puts into it. It is dangerous, however, since it uses Karatsu's life as the energy source. He has a way to use this with no drawbacks, and a yet, even stronger form of this attack, however, either of these are not to be revealed yet...
Likes: Easy-to-fool people, the taste of human meat, weak people and strong opponents.
Dislikes: Fights that are too easy, stupid people, people who don't react to his teasing or creepiness and being mocked.
Fears: Being cut. If his blood is exposed to open oxygen, his mask becomes useless.
Strengths: He has strength to rival Lee's, an intellect that rivals Shikamaru's and is about as fast as Kakashi. He can over power almost any single ninja.
Weaknesses: He is very paranoid about sharp objects within 5 cm of him. He couldn't use genjutsu to save his life. As much as he hates to admit it, he does have emotional attachment to his dead sister and sweetheart. You could use this against him in more ways than one.
