Could you please be a little more descriptive when it comes to your character's likes and dislikes? I want atleast three listed for each section.
13 to be a Chuunin is possible I suppose, but your character would have to have some amazing skill in order to pull it off. If it nearly killed her to make it at 13 then perhaps you should move her age up a little? I don't find it believable that she'd join the Akatsuki at 16 because the only one that joined at that young of an age was Itachi and he was a genius which means a special case.
You may want to spend a little more time working on your past too, adding more detail to it. Like, why would the Akatsuki save her? They aren't generally in the life saving business, and especially aren't in the business of taking kids into the Akatsuki who can barely make it past their chuunin exams (again bringing up Itachi being a member at an early age because he was a genius) Keep in mind that each of the Akatsuki members are pro's in their field of fighting, so perhaps you should consider what area your character excels in and then think of some powerful jutsu that would make her stand out.
I'm not trying to be mean, I just think that when a character is created that has potential to be excellent, its a shame for it to not be that.
