Akemi saw the Takigakure's border coming into view and slowed her pace just enough to be ready for whatever Kekeya would suggest they do next. Sure she had been to the village before, but from what he's said thus far, they weren't going into the village, this was a different area all together.
"Okay, so we have the light taken care of, and the oxygen somewhat taken care of. Anything else we need to take into consideration?" She asked.

Kekeya looked down. "Yeah. Be on the lookout for sentries, traps, and although the place was made to not leak, he can't have the entire place under control, so there are bound to be a few chambers with a degree of oxidation and decay." Kekeya stared at the ground, like he was measuring.
"What do you mean by 'sentries'? This guy have people working for him, or are you referring to Taki's shinobi? We can avoid all of that by just letting the village know why we're here."

Kekeya started taking big, slow, steps forward. "You won't believe me if I tell you, so you should just see for yourself. Just know the kid's an engineer." Kekeya turned right and looked to the left at a bent tree.
You'd be surprised at what I'd believe - I completely dismembered a man about four years ago, and then hear reliable reports that he's still walking around as little as a year ago...........

Sachi watched Kekeya for a moment and yawned. She did a half flip and landed on her hands she took the same length of step as Kekeya, except using her hands.
"You should be more careful Sachi," Nori said.
Sachi only giggled quietly, but kept her eyes on Kekeya and waited for him to make his next move.

Kekeya looked again at the floor, and took three steps forward until there was a strange sound to his footsteps. Kekeya jumped a little to make sure he heard correctly and dropped to the floor like he was going to do push ups, but began to clear away alot of leaves and grass, and found a teeny metal chain in the floor with a stud on the end. "You guys might want to cover your ears."
Nicholas stopped walking and stood still, watching Kekeya clear away the forest debris from the ground. Hearing Kekeya's advice, Nicholas instead prepared to activate the shinigan instead - it would toughen his body to the point where sound wouldn't do much to incapacitate him, and there was no way he was taking his left hand off of Zanryu until they were underground - he would have the advantage down there, and would feel just comfortable enough to not feel the need to be able to draw at a moment's notice.

Kekeya pulled on the little chain, and a second later, large metal doors from the floor snapped open. The sound was equivilant to lightening striking right in front of them.

Akemi watched Kekeya brush aside all the leaves and things, and heard his warning. She noticed some covering their ears, and some others preparing in other ways for the loud noise to come. She herself chose not to cover her ears, instead bracing herself for the noise by using a trick that her trainer back in Getsugakure had taught her.
By the time the metal doors openned, she had been able to tune out the noise enough to where it was only a loud clapping rather than earth shaking.

Jysika jumped slightly at the noise, despite having covered her ears when Kekeya had suggested it. When she saw the metal doors open, she stood on the tips of her toes to get a better look.
"Okay, now that is really cool." She said, excitement running through her, equally as much as the nervousness.

The newly open tunnel was damp and dark, and had stairs that went down. "Careful not to slip. It's a loooooooooong way down. So, who wants to go first?" Kekeya leaned on the tree next to the entrance, expecting Nicholas to voulenteer.
Nodding once, Nicholas slowly walked to the entrance and looked down, activating the shinigan for a brief moment after searching for the bottom for a few seconds. "Not too far down, but enough to cause problems if you slip and fall by accident." Holding his cloak closed and close to his body to prevent it from catching on anything on the way down, Nicholas took a step forward and dropped into the darkness, falling almost 30 feet before lightly landing on the bottom. Moving a few feet deeper into the tunnel to avoid getting in the way of everyone else moving down. Making three hand signs in less that half a second beneath his cloak, Nicholas then extended his right hand and let a raikiri, modified with slightly less shape manipulation to increase the amount of light given off blossom in his palm. Holding his hand up to eye level, the tunnel was bathed in a pale blue glow for about 30 feet out until fading back into darkness.
