Takigakure's Border

[Akemi Yamagata]

When Nicholas had left, following after Kurakuren, Akemi took up the back to keep the group safe from that end. She also took the end to keep an eye on Jysika, hoping to keep her safe if any trouble came.

Upon finding out that the sentries were now coming toward them in mass, she was dismayed to let the fact sink in that she wouldn't be able to use her fan down in the tunnel. That meant that her jutsu was limited to Wind Cutter. She was thankful that she had continued her practicing with it.

"No matter what happens Jysika, stay behind me." Akemi said, and stepped in front of Jysika, preparing for when the time came to jump into action.

[Yuu Kobayashi]

Jysika frowned. She hated not being able to do anything, though she would prefer to stay out of the fighting if that meant that she wouldn't be in the way. So she quickly nodded and took a step back. However, she still loosened the ribbons around her wrists just incase she was needed.

[Kekeya Sasaki]

Kekeya looked back at who was left with him. "C'mon guys, follow me." Kekeya began running down the darkened hall, only to be caught by another sentry. Kekeya slid down, underneath it and popped up on the other side. He ripped out another box out of this one's back and it shut down, like the last. "Guys, hurry! There are more on their way!"

[Nori Niigata]

Nori and the other two quickly ran after Kekeya. Nori spotted one of the sentries down the tunnel way, and threw a senbon needle into it. The needle went straight through the sentry causing it to disable.

"Exactly how much further do we have to go? Not that I'm complaining," she said, right behind him.

[Kekeya Sasaki]

Kekeya made a sudden turn. "I don't know! Hurry!" He didn't know? Well, he knew where their destination was, but not how far away it was.

[Nori Niigata]

Nori nodded and kept her pace even with his. "We are hurrying Kekeya, everyone's right behind you. Just keep going. But remember, you said that there would be a lot of traps right? So keep an eye out for them while we're running." Nori reminded him.

[Kurakuren Shima]

"Nope. Haven't got a clue how the guy looks like?" Kurakuren said. "The only thing I heard is that he kind of looks like Kekeya" He said.

[Sachi Akita]

Sachi shrugged her shoulders slightly and skipped along as they made their way around another turn in the tunnel. She saw a guy standing not too far away from them.

"Hm, I'm guessing that's our guy there.." she said to Kurakuren before running toward the guy.

"Are you K... wait, I don't remember your first name.. Hey Kurakuren.. what was his name again? Something Sasaki?" She shrugged her shoulder and pushed her purple bangs out of her eyes just barely and smiled at Kiyoshi with her usual goofy Sachi smile. "Anyway, we're here with Keys.. I mean, Kekeya and we were suppose to find you for some major mission thing. Except.. we kind of lost them...." Sachi shrugged and looked a little sheepish.

She walked back over to Kurakuren and did a mock salute, "I'd say we completed this part of the mission Ren.. I guess we should go see if we can find the rest of them before they get into trouble." The irony of Sachi commenting on someone else getting into trouble hit her and she couldn't help but giggle.

[Yuu Kobayashi]

Jysika had no problem running after the others, but stopped suddenly when she saw five of those metal sentry things blocking the path, and circling them. She took a step to the side and heard a pop. All of a sudden she felt very disoriented. She shook her head to clear it, but that didn't work.

She saw something hit the wall right beside her, and a small portion of the ceiling fell down and hit her head hard, causing her to wince. She didn't want to call attention to herself though, not wishing to distract her team from fighting the sentries.

[Akemi Yamagata]

Akemi saw what happened to Jysika out of the corner of her eye as she was fighting a couple of the sentries, using Wind Cutter to disable them. "Darn it.. Jysika, are you okay?" She called over her shoulder. "Nori, after you take that one out, go back and take a look at Jysika. She's not looking too well."

[Nori Niigata]

Nori threw two more senbon needles through the sentry that she had to take out, while Kekeya finished off the other one. Once the sentries were taken care of, she followed Akemi's orders and went to check on Jysika.

Other than a small cut on her forehead, and perhaps a minor concussion, everything seemed to be okay. Nori used her medical nin training to heal the cut and to do what she could to clear up the disorientation that Jysika was feeling.

"I think she'll be fine, but I wouldn't recommend she stay on the mission with us. After we find this person and get above ground, I say we send her back." Nori said.

"But I don't want to go back to the Village.. not until the mission is over," Jysika complained.

"I agree with Nori," Akemi said, "You're going back to the village as soon as we find the others."

[Nicholas]

Shinigan deactivated to keep himself hidden in the shadaws, Nicholas watched Sachi and Kurakuren from the tunnel. Now that they had reached the end of the maze Nicholas saw no reason to not go help the others - Kurakuren should be safe as long as he was with the Sasaki they came to find. Still remaining hidden further down the tunnel in the shadows, Nicholas quickly and quietly made a single shadow clone to keep an eye on Kurakuren before disappearing with another flash step to go back and finish off the rest of the sentries - from the sounds echoing down the passageway, it sounded like they were still fighting.

[Kurakuren Shima]

"You can go, if you want," Kurakuren said to Sachi. "I've better stay here... I'm no use right now," He said remembering that his chakra was out of control thanks to Karatsu. Kurakuren looked at the sealing and looked back at Sachi and gave of his famous carefree smile.

[Kiyoshi Sasaki]

Kiyoshi was leaning against some random machine with his goggles on. It was a nice little room, compared to the rest of the lab. There was much unknown machinery, a little desk and lamp, and a messy bed in the corner. His goggles covered his eyes, so it was hard to tell his expression... until Kurakuren and Sachi heard the very loud snore.

[Kekeya Sasaki]

Kekeya made a hard right after taking down the last sentry. The others lost sight of him, but there was a loud clang. He had just hit a metallic door. Kekeya rubbed his cheek where he hit and began to feel along the door.
