Kohei is 5’11. He’s not very muscular but he isn’t stick skinny, he’s a balance in between. He has Shaggy un-kempt dark brown hair, that usually stays soaked (due to where he lives) He has a light amount of stubble around and on his chin. Dark brown eyes (tends to have a caramel tint if caught in the light). His skin tone is barely tanned. He’s usually seen carrying a long thing blade in his mouth.

He wears a dark blue V-neck, sleeveless top. The edges around the neck, bottom and opening sleeves are white. He wears black pants that extend to 3 inches below his knees. On top of his pants about 2 inches below his knees downward he wears white leg-warmer (Kind of like Rock Lee’s orange ones) He wears standard Ninja sandals.

Personality:
Kohei is typically apathetic towards others. He doesn’t care much for people’s opinions. If he thinks someone is doing something the wrong way, he won’t speak a word. Instead he just takes matters into his own hands and fixes it to how he sees fit. He’s a firm believer in “Actions speak louder than words.” If people don’t like how he acts or what he does, he typically just shrugs them off. Kohei believes his way is the right way and he bases this idea of past experiences. When it comes to other ninja, Kohei is the farthest thing from competitive. He doesn’t feel the need to prove he’s the best because he feels he already is. This comes off as cocky and arrogant. He’s also been known to manipulate people to get his way or to benefit of off it.

Whether he shows it or not, the only people that it’s been slightly evident that he cares for are his parents. He fears anything bad ever happening to them or if they are ever killed. Because of this he’ll make any deal and do business when any organization to make sure his parents stay safe.
Strengths:
Kohei is extremely tactful and manipulative. He’s plans almost never fail; this helps him to succeed in mission that are given to him. Even though he may not be competitive; failure is NOT an option.
Weaknesses:
Kohei is very self-absorbed, so he won’t listen to others or take their advice even if they are wiser than him. This causes his plans to fail and take risks that he can’t afford to take. When his plans fail, he’s not just putting himself in danger but risking the lives of those that may be involved in his mission. Kohei is also bad with communication. This can get him in trouble with many people and organization putting his life at risk. Last, when it comes to genjutsu they take time to prepare, leaving him vulnerable for a period of time.

HOW'D YOU GET THERE
Past:
Kohei was an only child and his parents loved and spoiled him. This is said to have caused he’s high thinking of himself and his arrogance. Kohei’s parents were both highly regarded in Suna. His mother was a Medical Nin and his father was a guard for the Kazekage building. His parents had Kohei when they were in their late thirties, making his parents older than the kid’s parents who he attended with, in the academy. He attended the academy when he was 8 and graduated only a year earlier than his classmates. When on his team of fellow Genin, his sensei immediately noticed his ability to pick up on skill quicker than his teammates, it was also evident he had a severe lack of teamwork. Four years later, when he was 15, he became a chunnin. Kohei was determined to become a Jonin and fast. He wanted a “get-rich-quick” scheme and he wanted one now. On a late night walking down the streets of Suna he had overheard 2 Shinobi having a conversation about taking a sacred scroll from the Kazekage. Fed up with what he heard Kohei abruptly walked up to the two Shinobi and so bluntly pointed out the flaws in their plan. Since Kohei always has to be right he corrected them and told them how to make their plan work in their favor. Impressed by Kohei, they 2 Shinobi gave Kohei an offer they knew he wouldn’t turn down; Kohei got the scroll for them and they immediately promoted him to Jonin afterwards. Kohei accepted. A few days later it was the night of the plan, only a few moments and Kohei had successfully made it into the Kage’s office and had the scroll in hand. Kohei was filled with pride in himself and on his way to Jonin level. Unfortunately he made on huge mistake, he never even thought about having someone distract the Kazekage while he broken in…Kohei was caught. Mission failed. The two Shinobi he had associated with, acted as if they knew nothing, and since Kohei was so young and had his whole future ahead of him, his parents took the blame. They had told the Kazekage that they had put him up to doing it. His parents were disgraced among Suna, had their ranks and job stripped from them, causing them to retire early and flee to a small unknown village in safety of their lives. After the incident Kohei turned 16 and left for Amegakure, with the promise to himself of never failing a mission again to keep his parents from further trouble.

HOW DO YOU DO IN A FIGHT
Weapons:
Kohei doesn’t use weapons; all he carries around is small a blade in his mouth. This blade has no tricks or anything, it’s simply used to cut things or carve into them. Its simply just a shard from a broken katana.

Abilities:
Kohei is very skilled in using genjutsu, since he is skilled in manipulating people. He’s decent at Ninjutsu and uses it to manipulate situations. As for taijutsu he does not use it in the slightest for he does not like to use physical strength.
His element is: Earth Release.
He uses even the simplest techniques not to attack somebody but to alter surroundings. For example if he needs a person to step to a certain spot he can make a rock form so there person can’t step where they wanted and now have to step over. Or he can create barriers to trap people, but this is only for a limited time till the barriers are broken down. It also allows for camouflage when he must get close to a person or get to a place unseen.
Earth Release: Rock Pillars Rising : This Allows Kohei to try his victim and keep they from getting away so he can succesfully hack into their brain.
Earth Release: Earth Style Wall : This allow Kohei to back his opponent against the wall. He usually then presses his forearm into their throat forcing the to make eyes contact or suffocate.
Favorite Jutsus:
Kohei has the ability to hack into ones brain. In a way it’s like mind control, but it’s not permanent nor can he control their mind through the whole period that he uses someone. He simply can gain enough time (if the person is open and vulnerable) to get inside some ones brain for a few seconds to a few minutes, to make them to think a certain way, have a certain idea, or carry out a plan. He can also gain information from the victim’s brain to allow him to manipulate and make them bend to his will. There are different variations of how he can go about doing this. For either way work in Kohei’s favor it takes a lot of preparation. It’s not something that can be used last-minute or on-the-spot. To prepare for it, Kohei must have a slight background check on who he’ll be hacking into, because if the person is a Sharingan user (or any kind of Genjutsu user that controls through their eyes) Kohei’s tires are useless. The person Kohei is going to be performing on has to be looking him directly in his eyes, and they must be free of distraction. Once he breaks into their mind it no longer matters, all that matters is Kohei himself doesn’t lose concentration.
Yume no kôkan or Risô-tekina komando justu: Is a genjutsu that allows him to get inside someone else’s mind long enough to plant a command or an idea in their brain. This jutsu can last up to days if only used on one person. If they jutsu is used on multiple people the time it will last is divide by how many people are being controlled.
Nô ga hakku jutsu: A genjutsu that is hacking into the persons brain long enough to know most their personal info and memories. This allows Kohei to manipulate the person off of their emotions. Since Kohei doesn’t care much for other people he feels no guilt doing this and will use the person to his full advantage, even draining them of chakra from being over worked. It’s much like a virus hacking a computer and using personal info to destroy the person’s credit cards, etc. This jutsu can only last up to 10 seconds, and a 30 minute interval has to be taken between each use. This leaves absolutely no room for error or distractions. It can only be used on one person at a time.
