Temari had just received her mission assignment from Gaara, as well as who her partner would be for the mission. Kankuro was on a mission already, so he wasn't available.

Temari spotted her partner for this mission and waved at him.

Temari smirked as she looked back at Kanbei, and waited for a few moments to see if he was going to speak. When it became obvious that he wasn't, she let out a sigh.

"Are you going to be quiet the whole time?" She asked. She then took out a picture of Rena and held it up for Kanbei to see.

"This is the girl that we have to find. Gaara believes that the Akatsuki will be looking for her soon because she's made quite the name for herself. We're hoping to get to her before they do. From what we've heard, she tends to stay near the outpost towns, so I guess thats where we're going first. Okay?" She asked.

Temari let out a breath, "We're staring with the outpost towns. She'd probably stay as far away from Suna as possible, so we'll start half way away from the village and head toward the boarder." Temari answered.

Kanbei didn't bother replying this time. He merely followed Temari's instruction. He made sure to walk at a pace slow enough for her to keep up. He wasn't at all used to going slow, so he appeared to be walking slightly rapidly.
