Kei is chaotic and wild. He likes to live everyday at it’s fullest. He is kind of a flirt. He is pretty cheerful and funny most of the time but he does have a serious side to him. He is very lucky too. He likes to gamble a lot and usually wins but when he doesn’t he ends up blowing the place up.

HOW'D YOU GET THERE
Past:
Kei was a normal shinobi. He had a great family, a great house, and was one of the top ranking students in the Ninja Academy in Keimei. But that all changed one day when his Kyomougan’s power went out of control. When he woke up after his chakra was completely drain he saw his father, mother and younger brother laying in the ground covered in blood, thus making him realize he had killed them he fled the village and was made an S-rank criminal and missing nin.

Kekkei Genkai:
Kei has the doujutsu Kyomougan. The Kyomougan has two stages. One changing the eye color to a light purple, in this form the user has the ability to predict things that can happen in a short amount of time 15-20 seconds, it can also see into the past if the user really wants too look at it or if the users is aloud to look at a persons past. The second stage, the eye gets a star shape figure that is activated once the user has become furious or that the user is put in a tight position and the Kyomougan is activated. Once this stage is activated, the user gets an incredible boost of chakra and he/she becomes unaware of what he is doing against his opponents and can attack his/her allies too.
Abilities:
He is very skilled in genjutsu and ninjutsu. He is a very skilled user of fire element. His affinity is lighting. He is also able to perform a combination of Ninjutsu with his fire element similar to that of the Raikage's Lighting Armor except Kei's Fire Armor is a great defense only and is dangerous to use if their is not much control over the user's chakra.
Iwaku Soutei no Goumon-An ability that lets the user see the perfect way to torture the opponent by seeing past experience the opponent had. For the ability to work the user must have eye contact with the opponent. Kyomougan Only.
Iwaku no Kanran-Another ability of Kyomougan that allows the user to see the past of people and objects. For the ability to work the user must have eye contact with the person or if it's an object the user just has to look at it. Kyomougan Only.
Favorite Jutsus:
Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique-he user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rush forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.
Exploding Shadow Clones-the user makes shadow clone with a fire attribute in them that explode and harm the person who attacks them.
