HOW'D YOU GET THERE

Past:
(different ending for him)When Haruki woke up after being saved by his parents, he woke up seeing them both dead, he cried and was left alone. Then one of the villagers decided too send him too an acquittance he had in Konoha were he lived for a while and just recently entered the academy.

HOW DO YOU DO IN A FIGHT

Weapons:
Sword Dusk/ counter part of Kei's sword.

Kekkei Genkai:
Kyomougan. The Kyoumougan has two stages. One changing the eye color to a light purple, in this form the user has the ability to predict things that can happen in a short amount of time 15-20 seconds, it can also see into the past if the user really wants too look at it or if the users is aloud to look at a persons past. The second stage, the eye gets a star shape figure that is activated once the user has become furious or that the user is put in a tight position and the Kyomougan is activated. Once this stage is activated, the user gets an incredible boost of chakra and he/she becomes unaware of what he is doing against his opponents and can attack his/her allies too. Though he is not able to activate it yet.

Abilities:
He particularly good at Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. His element is lighting.

Shadow Clones-He was able to learn this ability from his older brother when they used to train, it's the only Kage ability he knows.

Two issues - one, genjutsu requires the user to be conscious for illusions. Once the target is asleep the genjutsu ends, plus it's overpowered - no way to counter it once the target is asleep.
The second is whether or not he can use his doujutsu yet - only the Hyuuga's can use doujutsu that early, and that's because the Byakugan is unique in that it manifests itself well before the age of ten.

ok, he is not able to activate the Shaonigan yet so he can't use the genjutsu, now for the jutsu too work the caster must keep powering the jutsu with their chakra, so basically once the chakra is gone, the genjutsu is no use, then as you know for a person to break out of a genjutsu first they need to be aware that they are being affected from a genjutsu the rest is just up to them.

That's exactly the problem - once they're unconscious they can't do anything about it, which automatically makes this overpowered. Change it to simply trapping the opponent in an ilusion, then it'll work - that way the opponent can actually fight back. The way it is now gives the genjutsu caster an automatic win.
