HOW'D YOU GET THERE

Past:
Ken had a great life. His parents were great medics in Kumo. But one day his parents decided to help the world and to do so they had too travel. So they did. Ken and his family travel the world wide until finally coming upon Konoha were his parents live now.

HOW DO YOU DO IN A FIGHT

Kekkei Genkai:
Eseimagan- The Eseimagan has three stages. First stage, like all doujutsus can see chakra flow, and like the byakugan can see chakra points, but also unlike the byakugan it can see pressure points and places were a person is damaged. The second stage, allows the user too see in an x-ray way making it easy to find broken bones. The third stage, allows the user to see through any object, it also allows the user to nullify the pain dealt to them. It also allows the user to see weak spots in chakra armors.

Abilities:
He is able to do a quite set of Healing Jutsu's. After an extensive training Ken was able to master all aspects of the Eseimagan. Ken is able to combine chakra into his body making him able to get great power.

Favorite Jutsus:
Electric Armor- Like the Raikage's lighting armor it stimulates the nervous system making the user gain a great speed and reaction to time. Also unlike the Lighting Armor it doesn't give the user monstrous strength, and it's not impossible for the Sharingan to see it coming, though it is difficult for it to see it. It also gives the user a great defense to lighting release techniques, but not as good as the Raikage's Lighting Armor. Ken tried to make a technique similar to the Lighting Armor, but failed his first attempts and was once sent to the hospital for using the technique to much. Until he was able to fully control the chakra and create the armor.

Discharge- After the user makes lighting chakra build in the user's hand it creates a a ball of lighting that the moment the user closes his/her palm many lighting sparks attack the target. If the user doesn't have good chakra control the attack can be harm and possibly paralized to the user and everything around him.

Lighting Release: Poison Discharge- After and extensive training with his Discharge technique he was able to make a variation of the move combining the Chakra Gekiyaku no Jutsu with discharge making the attack poisonous and more lethal than it's parent Jutsu. This jutsu can kill the target if enough of the jutsu touches the target.

Chakra Gekiyaku no Jutsu (Chakra Poisoning Technique) NinJutsu
Description: By making the required hand seals and focusing chakra into the fingertips, the user can 'stab' the target with his fingers. There will be no visible wound, but the target's inner coil system will slowly be infected with the negative chakra input. From that point on, every time the target tries to mold chakra, he'll weaken. Death is a major option in this. Normally, the effect wears off after a couple of hours, but multiple stabs increase the effect.


Chakra Enjintou (Chakra Scalpel) NinJutsu
Description: A Ninjutsu technique used, primarily, for field surgery. The ninja concentrates a powerful aura of chakra around their hand, creating a blade capable of tearing through muscles and arteries, or breaking bone, without actually breaking the skin of the person they're using it on. Ken became so good with this Jutsu he is actually able to use it offensively.

Two major problems - first is that stage 3 of the doujutsu is overpowered. No jutsu other than the secret technique of the Hyuuga clan will give someone control over an opponent's chakra network. Second is the chidori - unless you can explain in adequate detail when, where, and how he learned it, no go. It was Kakashi's original jutsu, and as such a closely guarded secret, not to mention a notoriously difficult jutsu to learn, let alone master to the point of developing other jutsu based on it. Right now there's not enough detail, not to mention Kakashi would not have even considered teaching it to someone who wasn't a Konoha nin. Also, a minor issue - clothes are OOC, there are no business suits in Naruto.
