Past: Born in Kirigakure seven years before the Kyuubi attack in Konohagakure, Naomi grew up alone, her parents killed during the Third Great Ninja War, and as such learned to look out for herself at a very early age. Excelling at her studies, she easily passed the brutal Graduation Exam imposed by the then current Mizukage, and passed the Chuunin Exams two years later, and was lauded as among the best of her generation after Zabuza was ousted from Kiri. Continuing her career, Naomi’s squad took on several missions that other teams wouldn’t touch over the next few years, and demonstrated superior skill in ninjutsu and astonishing attention to detail, and because of these talents she was selected by the Mizukage himself to join the ranks of Kirigakure’s Hunter nin at the age of sixteen. About half a year later, however, Naomi was on an assignment hunting down a defector who had fled to Iwagakure, and discovered evidence that suggested that the Mizukage was not what he appeared to be from the defector while they were fighting. Ignoring the evidence since she suspected it was a lie, Naomi finished her assignment and returned to Kiri, only to be attacked as soon as she neared the village. Retreating only to sneak back later that night, Naomi discovered that her home had been destroyed and that she had been labeled a traitor, the story being that she had purposefully allowed the defector to escape to Iwa with sensitive information. Rather than stay and risk being killed or worse, captured, Naomi fled to the mainland, and has spent the last seven years on the run from Kiri and anyone who decided she was worth the price on her head.

Water Clones - Has becomes familiar enough with the jutsu to convert her clones into makeshift bombs if need be, although the size and strength of the explosion is greatly affected by how much chakra the clones expended beforehand. C - B rank

Water Bomb Jutsu – An original jutsu. Using her chakra to manipulate the water, she can compress 3 gallons of water into a space roughly 3 inches in diameter. When she releases the jutsu, the spheres of water explode, often with the force of a paper bomb. While it does not produce the burning damage nor does it cover as large of an area, targets caught within a meter and a half of the explosion are hit with a concussive wave of air and water that is easily capable of breaking bones and rupturing ear drums. While it takes a long series of hand signs to initiate, Naomi can release her hands after the final seal is made, and the bombs will not lose integrity until she manually releases the jutsu or until the chakra she put into the bombs runs out, usually after about 20 or 30 minutes. B rank.
Water Release Path of Mirrors – Another original jutsu, and a variation on Hidden Mist jutsu. By performing even more hand signs to fine tune her control over Hidden Mist jutsu, she can use the water in the air to redirect any light in the area to create illusions (such as people and objects of a similar size or smaller) with highly realistic detail. The jutsu cannot be used until Hidden Mist is in place, however, and is most effective when there is a strong source of light. Naomi also cannot move while using the jutsu, as it requires a great deal of concentration and stamina to use effectively. S rank.
Water Release Great Waterfall Jutsu - A rank.
Water Release Water Shield – An original jutsu, a combination of Water Wall and Water Prison jutsu. Similar to Water Wall, but much more effective since it completely surrounds the user with a nearly impenetrable sphere of water. Still in its experimental stages, however, and only has limited use in combat – requires several hand signs to use, and while the user is completely safe from harm while encased in the jutsu, they themselves are incapable of any offensive action. Finally, the user’s air supply is limited to the air trapped in the sphere while the jutsu is active, which is only about 10 minutes’ worth on average. A rank.
