'Lazy Days in Konoha'

Temari chuckled at Shikamaru, "There's no sand in our ramen, its just alittle bland compared to the Ramen in this village." Temari said and elbowed him softly.

She let out a quiet sigh as she remembered the stupid papers she had to take to the Hokage, "Actually, I have to stop by and see the Hokage before we eat. Do you want to come with me?" She asked. She hoped he'd say yes because she wasn't ready to say bye to him yet. Even if she was going to see him again soon.

"Actually, I have to stop by and see the Hokage before we eat. Do you want to come with me?" Shikamaru wanted to just jump out and said Yes, but he just cooly expanded his smirk, and rested his arms behind his head. "Yea. I guess. I know how scared you get when you're alone." He laughed to himself and shook his head. Being with Temari can be a real pain sometimes, but most of the time, it was quite enjoyable.

"Tch," Temari said to the idea of her being afraid to be alone. But she couldn't help but smile. "I know how you men are, always needing to feel needed." She said. She hoped that the Hokage wouldn't mention that someone else was suppose to originally bring the papers to the village. Temari had managed to talk the intended messenger into letting her make the trip. She wouldn't ever let Shikamaru know, but she had wanted to come to the village to see him.

Turning a corner, he kicked more rocks, and decided not to think too much anymore on dissecting the events that may happen today, because it would take away their time together. "Oh, and don't worry. I'll pay."
