Meeting at the Village Gates

[Yuu Kobayashi]

Jysika walked carefully toward the front gates of the village, carrying the things that she'd need on the mission. She had been told of the mission by Sachi and had heard that Nori was planning on going, but still it wasn't like she herself had volunteered. No, her father had decided that this was what she needed to do. So, instead of arguing with him, which would surely have turned into an ugly mess, she took a deep breath and began her packing.

Once she reached the gate, she noticed that most of the people had already arrived and were waiting. She hated arriving late. She stifled an annoyed sigh and forced a grin the closer she got to everyone.

"Greetings Nicholas Sempai. Hi eh.. Sasaki." She greeted them, then she waved at the others.

[Nicholas]

Nicholas frowned at the sound of Jysika's voice and halfway opened his eyes and looked over without turning his head. He had felt her chakra steadily getting closer, and he had hoped that she hadn't been assigned to this mission - Sachi, as usual, had apparently not been able to keep her mouth shut, and from the look of the backpack she was carrying there wasn't much else Jysika could be here for. She was talented, but Nicholas did not think she had the right mindset to fight the people they were going up against, and in a way Nicholas was glad that she hadn't reached that point yet - at the very least it meant that she was still a normal kid for the most part.

[Kekeya Sasaki]

Kekeya saw Jysika approach. Now the only person absent was- "Well, let's get going." Kurakuren jumped down from the gate. Kekeya turned to him and asked, "You know who the teams are? You and Nicholas will stay in the back, and... um," Kekeya turned to Jysika. "You will be with them. Me, Yamagata, Nori, and Sachi will start out up front as the recon team, and Sachi will travel back and forth. Is it a clear plan?" Kekeya said this to everyone, but he turned to Nicholas especially.

[Nicholas]

"Fine by me." Nicholas said, slowly standing up and walking over to Kurakuren and Jysika.

[Sachi Akita]

Sachi gave a mock salute and skipped over toward Akemi, Kekeya, and Nori.

"I get double duty? Woohoo, lets get this party started." Sachi cheered.

She dropped her arm around Kekeya's shoulders as best as she could at her short height, "So where are we going first shorty?" She asked.

[Yuu Kobayashi]

Jysika smiled at Kurakuren and then turned to give her attention to Nicholas.

"Hi Sempai. You don't seem too pleased." She said, her smile faltering as she studied her tutor's expression. Her thin eyebrows furrowed slightly.

[Nicholas]

"Let's just say that I have doubts and leave it at that." Nicholas said.

[Yuu Kobayashi]

Jysika nodded slightly and kicked a rock that was on the ground. "Don't worry Sempai, I plan on keeping as far away from trouble as possible. You won't even know I'm here..." Then she looked at him and smiled slightly, "Well except for the occassional falling on my face or running into trees or the ocassional corny joke."

She rubbed the back of her head, and felt her cheeks turn red slightly, "So um, when should we head out?" She asked.

[Nicholas]

"No idea. I'm not in charge of this one, Sasaki is." Nicholas said, watching as the jonin gave everyone their instructions. "Truth be told, I'm not even part of the mission, I'm just here for bodyguard duty."

[Kekeya Sasaki]

Kekeya shifted. "I'm not the one in charge. Kurakuren is. Ask him."

[Sachi Akita]

Sachi nodded then turned a little to where she was looking in Kurakuren's direction and cupped her hands over her mouth.

"Hey Ren, where are we going? When are we going?" She yelled, only loud enough for her voice to carry over to where he was standing.

She saw Nori fluster a little at her loudness, but she shrugged it off.

[Kurakuren Shima]

"Here take this... and lets get going... First Stop Waterfall Village" Kurakuren said serious no smile in his face as like he usually has and he handed out some Kunai that had rites in it. "It's Chakra infused throw it only when you really need it..." He said while giving the signal and leaving with his team. "So... you're Nicholas and you... Jysika, right..." Kurakuren said kind of serious.

[Nicholas]

Nicholas simply looked at the kunai and slightly shook his head.
"Nothing personal, but no thanks. I already came with my own equipment."

[Kekeya Sasaki]

Kekeya slid teh kunai into his sleeve. "Just swallow your pride and take it. Don't be a jerk just because you think you're the strongest." Kekeya had closed his eyes when saying this. He didn't like Nicholas very much.

[Kurakuren Shima]

"You're the Anbu they sent with us... Huh..." Kurakuren said. "Well I think you could take care of yourself... " he said while taking the kunai back. "Alright lets go!!!" He said as he lead the way.
