A little Inn outside the village

[Tsuki Kyoushu]

Tsuki and Deego had just arrived at Getsu, and Tsuki had remembered the Inn right outside the village. It had everything that they needed, a nice bath, food, and a place to rest. What made it even better was that the weather was perfect and yes, the nights were beautiful.

"I'm going to go to the bath house," Tsuki said to Deego and walked out of their rooms that they would be sharing before he had a chance to reply.

[Deego Horutan]

Deego chuckled. "Fine. I'll come too. I wouldn't wanna go right to bed all dirty and such." Deego removed his jacket, as dirty as it was, and threw it on the floor. Now his arms were exposed, and were very pale. It was very obvious that he almost never takes his jacket off. Deego followed Tsuki with a smirk on his face. He wondered what comments the girls at the bath would make when he took off his shirt and exposed his muscles. Of course the bathing rooms were seperate, but that didn't mean he couldn't put on a show at the entrace.

[Tsuki Kyoushu]

Tsuki looked at him for a minute, her eyebrows raised slightly, her lips set into a straight line. It was almost as if she knew what he was thinking, of course it wasn't hard to imagine what Deego was thinking.

"Whatever," she said and continued without saying another word.

She quickly went into the female bath house before Deego could cause a spectacle. Sometimes Deego let girls attention get to his head, and there were plenty of girls around to give it to him.

[Ryo Yamagata]

Ryo was close by the Inn while leaving Getsu when he spotted Tsuki and Deego as they arrived. Ryo hid and waited for Tsuki and Deego to be separated so that he could approach Deego on his own. Finally he had his chance when Tsuki went into the ladies bathhouse.

He cornered a stranger and offered her a couple of dollars to go talk to Deego and draw him over to the trees where Ryo would be waiting in hiding. He watched as the girl approached Deego in a very flirtatious way.

Deego was taking his shirt off outside the door, when all the girls swarmed him, commenting on muscles and looks and especially, hair, so he thought. Maybe he just heard "hair" more. Deego tried his best to flex and show off and make comments on how so many girls were just as good looking. Then a girl was breaking through the crowd. She was a real show-stopper and caught Deego's gaze instantly. Deego walked up to her and leaned on the wall to look tough. He was having a little exchange for a minute until she led him to a tree. That was when he noticed Ryo, hiding. "You again?"

[Ryo Yamagata]

Ryo strongly disliked this guy, however he knew that Deego was instrumental in his new plan to stay in good standing with his father. So he fought back the anger and annoyance that he felt and put on a semi friendly face.

"Yes well, I was on my way to find you when you were here. Almost as if it was meant to be. Listen carefully because I have a business offer to make you. I'm willing to triple the pay for the failed assassination of my sister... if you agree to kill Tsuki Kyoushu." He said, keeping his voice low.

[Deego Horutan]

Deego felt his hand twitch when he heard Ryo offer triple. That was nearly 200,000,000 ryo. Deego would be set for life... But then he heard the rest. Deego's eyebrows furrowed and his smiled dropped from his face. His muscles tensed, and in his shirtless state, that was obvious. In less than a second, Deego had gotten a grasp on who Ryo really was, the kind of person he was, and even the exact conversation they would have if Deego asked any questions. Ryo would hold it against Deego and find a way to push Tsuki in even deeper danger. It wasn't Tsuki he was after, he just wanted one of them, preferably both, dead. All of this flashed before Deego. His heart sank at the thought of Tsuki being hurt. He was fighting to not lash out at Ryo, knowing there would be dire consequences because of Ryo's connections. It felt like hours to Deego, even though it was only seconds. Deego had something absolutely different he wanted to say, but now he knew what he needed to do. And first, he needed to get Ryo to think he really was as cold as him. "Sorry, I don't price my friends... But that is a delicious offer. Very well. I accept, and by the end of next tomorrow, you will have what you want."

Ryo's dark eyes flashed over Deego, the response was a little too easy but then again, he had heard from reliable sources that Deego did like money. Which was why he put the price on Tsuki's head so high. So, he really didn't see that he had a reason to doubt.

"Very good, then shall I give you some of the money now and some when its done? I'll give you a third of it today." Ryo said, and reached in his pouch to take out a smaller pouch filled with money.

He handed it to Deego, the fake smile that he had worn when Deego first approached was now gone. It was now business as usual.

"I will meet you here tomorrow at the earliest to see that the business is done." Ryo said and left without saying another word.

So far so good. If Deego did as he said he would, Ryo would have nothing else to worry about, though he would have to find another way to rid the world of his sister.. but that would wait.

[Deego Horutan]

deego said nothing, his face blank, as he held out his hand. Deego accidentally dropped to money as it fell into his hand. Deego grabbed it, but it slipped out again. He just couldn't seem to grab the money right, but Deego knew why. He wouldn't let Ryo know why, though. Deego put the money in his pocket and turned to leave. Deego sat quiet in the bath house, and now completely ignored the swarming crowd of girls at the door. He was quiet and distant the entire time. After about half an hour, Deego left, and dressed. By chance, he met Tsuki in the hall. He could barely bring himself to talk. "Oh. Hey Tsuki. How was the bath?"

[Aoi Tore]

Aoi stoppedlooking at the inn and sighed glad to find a place to stay. She noticed two boys talking near a tree and decided not to find out what. she streached stepping behind a tree. She changed in to a bikini showing her hour glass figure.

[Tsuki Kyoushu]

Tsuki noted that there was something off with her partner, his tone of voice as well as his body language gave him away. However, Tsuki didn't bother with asking him about it. She figured that if it was something he wanted to talk about then he would. Though she did raise her eyebrows slightly.

"It was relaxing, if we never go back to Suna it'll be too soon," Tsuki answered and after a few moments she added, "What about you?"

[Deego Horutan]

Deego hadn't heard her. He was absolutely distant. "Yeah, sure..." Deego was staring at the floor blankly. He pulled at the collar of his jacket. "I'm gonna be at the hideout... by the ravine. See you later." Deego hadn't even looked at her, or at the brooding crowd of girls behing him for not having attention. He hadn't really thought of disguising his emotions anymore. It wouldn't matter much soon.

[Tsuki Kyoushu]

Tsuki crossed her arms over her chest and watched Deego walk away. Her eyebrows knitted together. She didn't know why, but the distance Deego was putting between them was starting to annoy her. She glared at the girls who were looking at Deego as he walked away.

"Annoying fangirls," she growled in her usual Tsuki fashion, then decided to go back to the hide out where Deego was heading, but first she'd grab some food.
