She wears a pink kimono type shirt with white shorts underneath. She also wears a pink head protector around her neck, and a hairband around her wrist for when she trains or fights

Personality:
She's quiet, but not really shy. She just prefers to watch people and figure them out before she opens up to them. Once she does open up to someone, she's quite talkative and a bit silly. She likes to laugh.She loves mysteries and seeks out the hidden truth behind everything. She's very smart. She's also nice but she tends to come off cold toward those that she doesn't really care for. Though she's mostly always polite. She loves reading and sketching.

Weaknesses:
She does not fight to kill. In fact, she refuses to kill in battle. Preferring to use her medical jutsu to make it impossible for them to continue fighting instead. She's also very stubborn.

HOW'D YOU GET THERE

Past:
After the death of her parents, Nori left the Cloud Village, searching for a new place to call home. While traveling, she met Orochimaru who almost instantly recognized her as his niece. (She's the mirror image of her mother). Orochimaru told Nori that he was her uncle and that he and her mother had lost contact long ago. Nori was really happy to find that she had family still alive and agreed to join Orochimaru in hopes of reconnecting with a part of her mother. However, Orochimaru had other plans. About a year after she joined him, Orochimaru decided that he wanted to run experiments on her since they were blood relatives. One of the experiments was the Heaven curse mark. Seeing that Nori had some kind of resistance to the curse mark that he hadn't ever seen before, he decided to do more tests on her. Eventually he knew that she would escape and had her locked in a very small dark room. After being with Orochimaru for two years, Nori was able to make her escape only to pass out on an open road. Thankfully Kakashi was passing by, heading to Konoha from a mission. He spotted her and carried her to the Leaf Village. Saving her life.

Abilities:
Due to Nori's chakra abilites and intelligence, Nori is gifted in Medical jutsu. She uses it as both a healing tool, and a weapon. Her natural elemental chakra is lightening

Favorite Jutsus:
Mystical Palm Technique: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries.

Chakra Scalpel: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cuts muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

Shinkeikei Konran no Jutsu : Skill of Nervous System Confusion
A medical jutsu that converts chakra to electrical energy and is sent against the neck. This is used to confuse the nervous system, in order to be used as an anastetic in to get rid of a patients pain or to put them to sleep for surgery (Must have Lightning Affinity to learn this skill)Can be used for surgical procedures and other procedures, however when used in battle it can be a deadly weapon

(Grand Lightening Fist) The user focuses chakra to form electricity in their fists. This adds a powerful shock to their punches.

Dendou Kawarimi no Jutsu
(Electric Replacement Technique) The technique uses the standard Kawarimi no Jutsu but adds a strong electric charge to whatever object is replacing the ninja. When the replacement is struck, it delivers a powerful shock to its attacker.

Denka no Jutsu
(Electric Charge Technique) This simple ninjutsu allows the ninja to impart an electrical charge to an object which will give a powerful shock to whoever touches the object subsequently. Mostly this is used to impart a charge to a shuriken, kunai, or other metal weapon, however Chuunins and Jounins may use it to impart charge to objects that are not normally known for their conductive properties such as a wooden staff.

Raikou Nankan no Jutsu
("Lightning Barrier") Through gaining an understanding of how chakra may be used to create lightning, the user of this technique develops a method to counteract the process. This technique creates a personal barrier around the user, causing chakra-affected lightning that comes into contact with it to disperse. It will completely protect the user from lightning techniques of an equal level or lower to the barrier used, while techniques of a higher rank will only have their effects reduced. This technique requires a constant flow of chakra to maintain, and higher ranks increase proportionally in cost.

Rai Bunshin no Jutsu
(Lightning Clone Technique) The lightning clone is actually a ball of electricity in side a normal clone because the user's chakra sustains the lightning the clone can sustain limited amounts of damage and can also shock its opponent.

Seiteki Shigamitsuku
(Static Cling) Sends a weak wave of electricity across the ground. If hit, the object (shoes, feet, arms, legs, kunai, etc), will be seemingly glued to the ground. Water can dissipate the electricity, however, freeing the object. The cling can also be broken by someone with strong physical strength or an equal amount of chakra to oppose it with.
