Gai slowly walked through the populated streets of Kirigakure, with clear warm sweat beads forming on his head. It was scorching today, about 96 degrees. Gai was supposed to be used to this kind of weather, but it's been 4 years since he's been in his village of Suna. The ANBU would kill him on sight. The missing-nin picked up the pace a little bit, noticing there were eyes on him. Apparently Jounin. Do they know who I am? There is a pretty hefty bounty on him after all....that would set people up for a good life. A really good life. That's when they started walking faster, much faster than the speed Gai was walking. There's too many. Immediately, he jumped out of the crowd, and onto a rooftop.
But the Jounin weren't fooled. They hopped on top of the building next to the one Gai was standing on. A slight breeze was blowing now, cooling Gai off quite a bit. Without warning, he turned around and took off. Building to building, rooftop to rooftop, the Jounin relentlessly followed him. Until finally, he dipped until a little alley way, and shut down his chakra paths, making him undetectable. Sure enough, the squad of Jounin, surprisingly not ANBU for their tracking skills, ran right past the alley, leaving Gai there alone, breathing heavily.
