Personality: Rin is a cold, quiet, seemingly helpless girl. She wears a blue crystal around her neck all of the time, even when she is sleeping. She hasn't told anyone why, though. When she is in a battle, she is merciless and stronger than anyone would have thought possible for a girl like her. The crystal around her neck holds the key to her power as her family had stored a lot of chakra and energy in it since five generations before she was born.

Past: Rin grew up in a village in the River Country by herself since she was 3 years old. All she had ever had of her blood family was the necklace she never takes off which had a secret that not even she knew about. She traveled from that village to Suna when she was 5 to become a ninja. She first met the akatsuki when she was on her first B-rank mission as a Genin at the age of 14. She was an unusually strong shinobi for her age and had caught the Akatsuki's eye without realizing it. When she turned 17, her kekkei genkai activated and she didn't even know what it or what was happening. It activated because her best friends were killed cruelly in front of her on a mission. Her shinigan is close to becoming stage two.
Jutsus:
Water Style:Water protection- this jutsu creates a ball or barrier of water that is hardened with chakra to be stronger than diamond but still liquid. It can also be used as an attack by creating a blade of this water. The user can also use this to hide under the water i a bubble of air held there by the barrier. The user can pull the water out of the air and doesn't have to be near a source of water, like a lake, for this jutsu to work.
Water Style:Water clone jutsu- creates a clone of the user made entirely of water.
Water Style:Water binding- Creates a cage/rope/anything used to bind/hold someone in one place out of chakra strengthened water. Useful for recon or interrogation missions
Wind Style:Wind katana-Must have an actual blade to work, it covers the user's blade in a blade of wind, capable of slicing 3 people in half from the waist in one swing at closer ranges. The wind blade can be extended to as far as the person can control their chakra but gets duller as it gets longer.
Water Style:Mystic illusion('Mist'ic Illusion)- The user releases a mist from the ground/water and mixes it with a mist of their own special poison. The poison creates illusions, making the target(s) crazy, until they end up dying in their own illusions.
Kekkei Genkai(if so, describe it):
Shinigan- Similar to the Byakugan, but is limited to the user’s normal field of vision. Also unlike the Byakugan, it allows the user to determine whether someone has a kekkei genkai, and what that kekkei genkai is capable of. Passively, it magnifies the amount and quality of the chakra the user can generate anywhere from 7 to 15 times as much as he or she normally could- this also toughens the body by reinforcing it with chakra. The most advanced forms makes the user immune to all mind altering techniques and stimuli; the more basic forms only protect the user from everything short of a Tsukoyomi level technique. It also allows the user to copy other techniques, similar to the Sharingan. Finally, it allows the user to completely paralyze any opponent as long as eye contact is maintained. Using the trait is extremely taxing, however, and people who do have the trait are often unable to use it without several years (usually a decade) of training, although the ability may spontaneously activate in the presence of mind altering stimuli, large concentrations of energy, similar abilities, or life threatening situations. Unlike the Sharingan, however, activating it once, even several times, may not allow the user to activate it at will from that point on- for those unable to use it at will after first use, even several decades of conventional training often results in being only being able to activate it, although this still grants enhanced vision and chakra. Learning the more advanced abilities requires complete mastery of the trait, which is obtainable through either of 2 methods. The first and safest method is another decades (between 3 to 5) of combat experience with the Shinigan; however, this method is slow, does not eliminate all of the strain from using the Shinigan (strain from using the Shinigan in this state is comparable with the Mangekyo Sharingan), and the time required to complete the training varies between individuals by as much as 2 years.
