Try again. An OC is an Original Character, and on top of that this isn't a Bleach RP. Make your own unique character instead of just copying and pasting characters from other animes.

Excuse me? The name may be similar but that does not mean the character was copied. If you like, I'll change the last name, but the name Ikkaku, has more than one owner. It has a meaning to it.
On top if it all, did you even take the time to read the History? Even though its far from my best work, it is nothing like the Ikkaku from Bleach.
Your kekkei genkai is overpowered - other kekkei genkai cannot be copied, regardless of the ability. Kekkei genkai are genetic, which means the instant you obtained it you would lose your own as well as the ability to go back to your original form.
